As of May 1, 2009, CDH has a new Support Coordinator, Dave Nguyen, to coordinate all external and internal technical and desktop support efforts for the Humanities Division. In his new position, Dave coordinates the efforts of our standout team of seven Departmental Technology Analysts (DTAs). He also oversees the CDH Service Desk, as well as undertaking special projects to improve the support efforts of all CDH staff.

Dave has worked at CDH for the past two years as the Help Desk DTA and the Royce DTA, and prior to that as a student worker while still an undergraduate at UCLA. He received his B.A. in Economics from UCLA in 2007.

Dave is a welcome addition to CDH and a very welcoming and approachable resource for anyone in Humanities who needs computer support. He can be found in 1084 Public Affairs Building or at the Service Desk in 1020 Public Affairs.
